  • Newsletter Sign-Up: Sign up to our newsletter (at the bottom of our website) and receive a 10% off promotional code for your first order. Enter the promotional code before you checkout online. This online only offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code. The offer is limited to single use per customer. Free shipping will be automatically applied for orders over £35. Offer is subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.

Delivery, Cancellations and Returns

UK Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Shipping and delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers. 

We offer the following delivery options for UK customers:

  • Standard UK Delivery (2-3 working days): £4.95
  • Next Day Delivery (order before midday Mon-Thurs only): £6.95
  • Free UK Delivery for orders of £35 or more

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the location of your delivery address.

You have the right to return your order within 28 days of receiving the goods. To do this, you must contact us by email at The Somerset Toiletry Co. or by phone on 01761 451 122. Once we have received your return, we will refund the full amount of your order.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend that you send the goods back using a tracked service so that you can track the progress of the return.

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Goods that have been used or damaged
  • Goods that are not in their original packaging

If you have bought our products at a retailer and you are unhappy, we regret we cannot offer you a refund, but you may be able to get a replacement or refund from the retailer, depending on their returns policy, this is at the discretion of the individual retailer.

Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products on the Site. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current. If you encounter any discrepancies or have questions about a product, please contact our customer support before making a purchase.

 

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards can be purchased online.
  • Gift cards can be redeemed for the full value of the card. 
  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products or services.
  • Gift cards have no expiry date.

 

Loyalty points

As part of our upcoming website upgrade in Summer 2024, we regret to inform you that we will be discontinuing our current Loyalty Points program. To show our appreciation for your loyalty, we’re doubling the value of your points (100 points = £2) until 31.07.24!

  • Points are not awarded for VAT, delivery charges, or other non-tangible items.
  • Once you place your order the relevant number of points will be added to your account. Points will be ready to use on your next order.
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

General terms and conditions

  • We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the loyalty scheme at any time.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen points.
  • By participating in the loyalty scheme, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

Discount Codes

  • Discount codes can be found on our website, in our email newsletters, or on our social media channels.
  • Discount codes can only be used once per customer.
  • Discount codes must be entered at the checkout to be applied to your order.
  • Discount codes are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice.

Pricing and Payment
We make every effort to ensure that the prices displayed on the Site are accurate and current. However, pricing errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly priced product. Payment for orders is processed securely through our designated payment gateway. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your order.
