Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item/s to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must be sent to the following address: Web Returns, The Somerset Toiletry Co, Unit 7 The Old Station Business Park, Wells Road, Hallatrow, BRISTOL, BS39 6EN.
We are not currently able to reimburse the cost of return postage, but a full refund including initial postage will be issued upon receipt of the returned goods.
Damages and issues
Please get in touch with us immediately if any items are defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Products can not be returned if they have been opened or used.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please get in touch with us at sayhello@tstcglobal.com.
Items purchased from other Retailers
If you have bought our products at a retailer and you are unhappy, we regret we cannot offer you a refund. However, depending on the retailer's returns policy, you may be able to get a replacement or refund at the discretion of the individual retailer.
