Order Information
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes, you can send your package directly to an alternative address knowing our packing slips do not show any prices.
Packaging
We use cardboard boxes for shipping, and protect your items using Biofil, an environmentally friendly material made using corn starch that dissolves in water. Very occasionally, we may use bubble wrap on a particular glass item we know do not travel well.
Which carrier do you use?
Standard UK Delivery is sent via Royal Mail 48hr.
Next Day Delivery and orders over 2kg in weight will be sent via DPD 24hr tracked.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK Delivery
Please allow up to 3 working days* for your order to be prepared, dispatched and delivered.
Next Day Delivery
Orders need to be placed before midday Mon-Thur to arrive the following working day.
*Please note remote deliveries (Highlands & Islands) may take up to 5 working days.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are processed daily Monday to Friday (not weekends or bank holidays).
My order's arrived damaged, what are my options?
If you’re items are damaged or faulty please contact us with your name, date of order, order number and a photo. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
