
The Somerset Toiletry Company has been honoured with the 2025 Albert Goodman 'Family Business of the Year' Award at the Somerset Business Awards. The ceremony, held on March 28 at the Winter Gardens Pavilion in Weston-super-Mare, celebrated the company's dedication to excellence and its significant contributions to the local economy.
Zantore Buoy (Associate Director) accepted the award on behalf of the company, expressing gratitude to the judges and acknowledging the hard work and commitment of the company's 73 employees. He dedicated the award to his father, Roger Buoy, co-founder of The Somerset Toiletry Company, whose entrepreneurial spirit and vision have been foundational to the company's success.
Zantore was joined by Sakina Buoy (Chairman), Brett Bateman (CEO), Esra Kennedy (Head of International Sales), and Xavier Buoy (3D Designer) to celebrate the awards evening.
Founded in 1999 by Roger and Sakina Buoy, The Somerset Toiletry Company has grown into a renowned producer of luxurious bath, body, and home fragrance products. In 2024, the company celebrated its 25th anniversary by expanding its production capabilities, underscoring its dedication to innovation and growth. In addition, the company completed 25 charitable acts of kindness to celebrate 25 years of business.
